The Parish Church of St.Mary Penwortham PR1 0AH Ordnance Survey Grid Reference - SD 52407 29007 IWM War Memorials Register - 54974 War Memorials Online - Not on site This nowy-headed brass plaque is mounted on the wall in the nave of the church. The regimental badge of the Household Cavalry precedes the inscription. The plaque has a border of twisting leaves and has quatrefoils in the corners. It was made by Hart Son Peard & Company Limited.
