"L" Company, Royal Army Medical Corps British War Medal, Victory Medal Louis Naylor was born in 1898 to James Louis Naylor and Sarah Agnes Naylor (nee Dandy). James Louis was a chemist and druggist. They lived over the shop at 219-221 Station Road in Bamber Bridge. The premises are still used as a pharmacy by the Boots chain to this day. Before joining up, Louis was working as an assistant chemist to his father in the shop.
